AppLabs was the first software testing services company to be accredited to CMMI Level 5, which is the highest level of process maturity available in the software industry. In order to maintain and enhance our services, and the value that we deliver to our clients, we continually strive to look for ways of increasing the efficiency of our process implementation.

AppLabs’ Test Process Support service concentrates on reducing and eliminating the time and materials costs associated with adherence to the existing test process.

This is in contrast to our Process Improvement activities which are primarily focused on increasing the quality of the deliverables from the testing process.

The service addresses the three main issues that affect the efficient execution of any test process. These are: People, Procedures and Tools.
