The client is one of the world’s top five banks embarked on a complete redesign of their online banking application to enable them to put a scaleable architecture in place for future development, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction. In order to maximize the benefit to customers, the delivery was moved away from a project based approach to a release based approach, where multiple projects would be delivered at the same time.
