Test Manager

Job Type – Full Time

Base Location – Denver

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Excellent test management skills coupled with ability to manage multiple testing projects building the Test Strategy / approach and guiding the team Project Management Expereince
  • Superior people management skills with the ability to educate/guide/mentor people and ability to take balanced decisions by looking at the organization's big picture
  • Responsible to grow the existing accounts by keeping high-touch with the customers and closely work with Business development managers. 
  • Working closely with pre-sales teams to articulate business value through testing solutions and help Business development managers close new accounts.
  • Directly responsible for different areas with in testing such as defect management, test ware management, test estimation, test reporting, test metrics, testing techniques etc.
  • Superior presentation skills to with ability to enthuse audience and influence group's actions towards over all departmental objectives 
  • Responsible to plan, execute and report the work done with explicit clarity and high degree of details 
  • Must be very familiar with the latest happenings in testing, technology and the business arena and ability to apply that knowledge at the work place

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Must have worked on testing applications extensively
  • Must be an expert in several test types (Functional, performance, security, test automation etc...)
  • Proven experience in managing large teams with high degree of client and employee satisfaction
  • Proven tracked of building teams at a rapid pace
  • Knowledgeable on wide variety of technology stack components (Operating systems/Data bases/Network/programming languages/system utilities...) .
    Exposure to any two of the prominent business domains
  • Recognized industry certification in the areas of testing/technology/project management/.. will be a major plus
  • Should posses a professional graduation degree or above from a reputed university/college Knowledgeable on process improvement frameworks (CMM, TMM, ISO, TPI etc..) and ability to apply at work place Airlines domain would be huge plus

Education & Qualification

Masters with minimum 10 years of experience
