Test Lead

Job Type – Full Time

Base Location – Chicago, IL

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extremely good in Test case design, authoring and execution.
  • Good knowledge on SDLC and Testing concepts.
  • Fair knowledge on Automation Ability to lead peer review of test assets.
  • Execution of manual and automated test cases . Ability to guide the team members in test case execution.
  • Knowledgeable about exploratory testing. Passion/interest to learn the domain of the Application Under Test .
  • Ability to identify the issues, develop hypothesis, conduct analysis and synthesize recommendations.
  • Owns responsibility for challenged defects and test cases.
  • Ability to build Test Strategy and advocate QA work. Work with Onsite and Offshore teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Test case management tools (QC), Automation(QTP), Test case design Techniques, Metrics.
  • Develop simple to high complexity test manual and automation scripts.

Desirable Skills & Experience

8-10 years of experience.

Education & Qualification

Bachelors or Masters.
