Essential Skills & Experience

Extremely good in Test case design, authoring and execution
Good knowledge on SDLC and Testing concepts
Fair knowledge on Automation Ability to lead peer review of test assets
Execution of manual and automated test cases
Ability to guide the team members in test case execution
Knowledgeable about exploratory testing
Passion/interest to learn the domain of the Application Under Test
Ability to identify the issues, develop hypothesis, conduct analysis and synthesize recommendations
Owns responsibility for challenged defects and test cases

Desirable Skills & Experience

Test case management tools (QC),Automation(QTP), Test case design Techniques, Metrics, Develop simple to high complexity test manual and automation scripts.

Education & Qualification

Bachelors or Masters with 7 years of experience.
