Project Lead

Job Type – Full Time

Base Location – Duluth, Atlanta, GA

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and build application knowledge base
  • Effort estimations
  • Prepare project plan and test plan
  • Support process related activities
  • Host Daily conference calls to communicate to Offshore team
  • Interact with offshore / onsite SMEs for any clarifications in requirements
  • Identify test data and extract test data from database (If req)
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Conduct review for the test cases
  • Ensure that team is implementing the changes to the test cases based on SME review feedback
  • Should coordinate with support teams (environment, development)
  • If required should be in a position to execute test cases and identify defects
  • Defect tracking and management
  • Should have experience on testing metrics
  • Daily status reports to client
  • Submit release closure reports at the end of each release cycle
  • Overall responsible for the execution of the project and meeting the deliverables on a daily basis

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Strong Database skills (DB2 and SQL)
  • Team management Skills (Experience in handling offshore teams is preferrable)
  • Should have strong Testing concepts Knowledge in Mutual funds and Agent management system
  • Knowledge in mobile applications (Installation and trouble shooting)

Education & Qualification

Graduate with minimum 6 years of experience
